Hi! My name is Isabel Shu Ying Tan, and I’m the creator of The Mandarindo Project—a dynamic space driven by passion, purpose, and the desire to make a meaningful impact. With a deep belief in improving the world and fostering understanding, I created this project to reflect these values and inspire positive change in the lives of others. 

The Mandarindo Project gets its name from the unique fusion of "mandarin" and "Indonesian," symbolizing the beauty of diversity and the power of connection. With the motto: ""Where purpose meets creativity and ideas shape the future." it is deeply rooted in my passion for transforming ideas into action, I aim to weave together creativity, empathy, and knowledge to spark fresh perspectives and drive meaningful change.

Beyond this project, I am an artist at heart, with a love for theater, debate, and the flute. Born in China and now living in Singapore, my multicultural background shapes my appreciation for the richness of diversity, which I hope to honor and celebrate in all that I do.
